Special Events

Scholastic Book Fair – The Book Fair is held on the first days of school. Parents, grandparents and friends are invited to shop and purchase books for their children and/or their child’s class. Volunteers provide snacks and man the “store”.

Transportation City – This pretend city is set up in Fellowship Hall with its own road, cozy coupes, and interactive stores. Our threes and older students visit the town and have fun shopping.

Family Fun Day – This event includes entertainment, bouncy houses, pony rides, lunch, a silent auction, arts and crafts and lots of fun!

Thanksgiving Program – The Glenn School hosts a Thanksgiving          Program,  a favorite Glenn tradition, to share our blessings with the parents. It is a beautiful way to begin the upcoming holidays.

Scott Douglas, the Drum Guy – Scott Douglas visits every fall and presents a delightful interactive musical program with the students. He is adored by the teachers and students.

In-house field trips are scheduled every quarter for all students.

Kindergarten classes take several off-site field trips a year.
